IWS-2412 OPEN BARREL CONNECTOR CRIMP TOOL
Make cables and wiring harnesses with ease using the best crimping pliers Adafruit have used. These precision machined crimpers will turn you into a pro, no more painful struggles with pliers and generic crimpers that smoosh your contacts so they wont fit properly.
Fitting AWG #24-#12 connectors. These crimpers have specially machined jaws to also provide the correct length of crimp from 2.2-3.4 mm.
Micro connectors are used in small UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) and robotics applications, where size, weight, and power (SWaP) must be minimized. Connectors may be found in many of the vehicle’s subsystems, including power and signal distribution, cameras, sensors and actuation.

- This model will work best for smaller common connectors, from 2.2 to 3.4mm / AWG #24-12 – all those frighteningly small contacts used in fine pitch connectors.
